It is useful for Asset Bank administrators to determine who is currently using Asset Bank, for example so they know how many users would be affected if they restart the server.
By default Asset Bank maintains a list of the Active Sessions: either users who have logged in and are using Asset Bank, or guests who are browsing the pages available without logging in. Active Sessions are any browser sessions that have made a recent Asset Bank request. Note that sessions are not removed immediately if the user logs out or closes their browser tab - rather they 'time out' when inactive for a certain amount of time (45 minutes).
The Active Sessions report shows the currently active sessions, sorted with the most recently active at the top. For each session, the Session Start Time is shown, as well as the 'idle time' (Time Since Last Access), and Username and Display Name if the session is logged in as a registered Asset Bank user.
To show logged in users only, then tick the checkbox for 'Show logged in users only' and click Update Report.
