In the interests of security user accounts will become locked after a certain number of failed login attempts. By default, more than 10 failed login attempts over 12 hours will lock the account but this can be changed by our Customer Support Team for increased security.
If a user account becomes locked accidentally then an admin user can unlock the account by going to Admin > Users, finding the user and selecting 'Unlock user' from the More dropdown menu.
Once your account is unlocked you will be required to set a new password.
