Our clients often create lightboxes to store and share collections with other Asset Bank users (e.g. designers) for processing. But what if that designer is leaving and wants to pass on his lightbox to a colleague? That's now possible with lightbox re-sharing. When this is on a user can re-share a lightbox that was originally shared with them.

Admins can activate this via:

Admin > System > Asset Share Settings:

Note, once active, when a user shares a lightbox it will now default to an editable version. This has to be ticked for the party you share it with to be able to forward it on.
