We’ve made some thoughtful changes to the admin menu in Asset Bank to help you find what you need faster and reduce the clutter when you don’t.

What’s New?

The admin navigation is now split into two clearly defined sections:

1 - Admin

This section contains tools and pages you're likely to use regularly such as External uploads, Portals, Users and Reports. It’s your go-to area for day-to-day management.

Note, the link to approve users is now a tab within the Admin > Users area.

2 - Config

This is where you'll find more advanced or occasional-use settings, like Asset Types, Download Options, and Attributes. These are the features you probably set once and don’t need to revisit often.

Alphabetical ordering

To make navigation even easier, everything is now listed alphabetically. This small change makes a big difference when scanning for items quickly or using assistive technologies.

Dashboard has moved

Finally, the Dashboard has been promoted to appear at the bottom of the main navigation. It still only appears to admin users, but is easier to access.
