You and your users can stay up to date with the latest content added to your Asset Bank easily with our New Content Alert Emails. 

Configuring this setting will keep your users informed and promote the visibility and use of your assets. 

• In the Admin section of the navigation bar click 'System' and then click 'New Content Alert Settings' 

• You can schedule alert frequency, choose whether you would like to auto-subscribe your users and also get notified when an asset file has been updated (eg. with a new version). 

Users can then choose whether they would like to receive the new content alert by going to their user settings and ticking the 'New content alert' checkbox.
