It's now possible to export a full list of your Categories, Folders or Keyword Attribute Lists as a .tsv file. Simply navigate to any of the relevant admin screens for those features (i.e Admin > Folders) and you'll see the option:

You can open this file in Excel or a text editor to view, or edit and re-import using the 'Import xxx from a file' option.
