If you're not seeing changes that have been actioned on your Asset Bank, there could be an issue with your browser's cache.
In most cases, only users who accessed the application before the changes will see this issue.
Clicking 'Refresh' in your browser will force the browser to flush its cache and hopefully resolve the problem. You may need to click refresh more than once.
In rare cases a hard refresh/hard reload might be required. Some browsers only allow this when viewing its developer tools.
For Google Chrome, right-click on the page and click 'Inspect', then right-click the refresh button and click 'Empty Cache & Hard Reload'
