There are 3 options for the audio conversion defined by default: Low (96kbps), Standard (128kbps) and High (256kbps).

It is a simple process to set up additional options for audio downloads in Admin>Download Options:

Selecting Add a new option allows you define a new conversion option with name and an associated kbps value:
