If you are on our Shared Hosting, options to change the default settings for the way Terms and Conditions are used can be changed by your consultant or customer support. For example, you can ask users to accept Terms and Conditions at the point of log-in, point of upload and/or point of download. You can also add a Terms and Conditions checkbox to published Lightboxes if required.
For customers who host their Asset Bank themselves, you can control these settings by editing the relevant property in ApplicationSettings.properties (how to edit the settings file).

In order to update the content of your Terms and Conditions, you access them via Admin>Content>Page Copy>Terms and Conditions.
