We have streamlined our upgrade process and will be rolling out auto upgrades to all Asset Banks on our shared hosting infrastructure. If we've been in touch with you directly, then you can expect to move to this service within the next few weeks.
Auto upgrades means you'll now benefit from all of our latest product enhancements and performance improvements without needing to schedule an upgrade with one of our support team.
How does it work and what does it mean for my Asset Bank?
The great news is that all new product enhancements and core features will be available for you immediately as standard. You won't notice any other difference in your Asset Bank service - just great product enhancements without the hassle of scheduled upgrades.
Any significant features that might need some set up or configuration won’t be enabled by default, but we'll provide you with all the information you need so that you can decide if and when to switch the feature on. Being on our mailing list will keep you up to date with all of these features, so be sure to sign up if you're not already. If there are others in your team who would benefit from this information, please encourage them to do the same.
Documentation will be available here on the Help Centre as usual, especially the latest features page, and our support team are on hand to answer any questions you have.
