To ensure that your Asset Bank continues to run smoothly and securely there are some maintenance windows, outside of business hours that we may utilise to apply security patches and feature updates to servers and your application.

The windows are relatively wide, to make sure that we can manage all the servers in that batch within the allotted time, however, any one application will not be offline for more than 30 minutes in a maintenance window.

Times below for these scheduled maintenance windows are local to the region that the datacenter is in:

• Bahrain - Tuesdays 3am-5am AST
• US and Canada - Tuesdays 3am-5am EST
• Oceania - Tuesdays 12am-2am AEDT
• Hong Kong - Tuesdays 12am-2am HKT
• EU - Wednesdays 3am-7am GMT
