Adding your custom policy to the site footer

Any admin user of the site can edit the footer of an Asset Bank by navigating to Admin > Content, then searching for 'Footer' as shown below.

You'll see two editable versions of Footer copy relevant to either Asset Bank's old layout, or the new look & feel. 

The default footer contains a html link to Asset Bank's existing editable Privacy Policy content item. You can change this by searching for it on the Admin > Content page.

Enforcing acceptance prior to login

It's possible to enable a checkbox upon registration, which users are required to agree to your terms and conditions. Please get in touch with our customer support team who can do this for you.

Adding/Editing your own Terms & Conditions

The copy of your site terms & conditions can be changed by searching for 'Terms and Conditions' in Admin > Content, then editing the Terms & Conditions content item that appears in the results.
