When viewing an asset there will be a download button on the right hand side of the page that will take you to the download screen. You can download multiple files at the same time by selecting multiple images and then using the download option on browse, search, or lightbox pages.
If your permissions mean that you need approval before you can download an asset then you will need to add the relevant assets to your Lightbox before requesting this approval and starting the download process.
Once you've entered the download screen there will be a number of different options to you, depending on your permissions and the options that your administrators are using.
Generally speaking, there is a 'Quick Download' tab that will allow you select from a list of admin-controlled options, such as the original asset or different sizes for social media. You may also have options to crop, resize, or convert the asset during the download process.
The 'Advanced Download' tab gives you more flexibility over the download process, allowing you to use tools such as crop and resize without any restrictions.
If you are downloading multiple files at the same time then the same options (e.g. resize to 500x500) will be applied to all of the assets you are downloading. By default the system will provide the files in a .zip archive that you can extract. It is also possible for administrators to enable the option for you to download your assets as part of a PowerPoint presentation instead of a .zip archive.
Downloads are restricted to a maximum of 20GB at a time. If you wish to download more than this then you will need to split the download up into smaller parts, less than 20GB in size.
