To change the folder or category of assets in bulk, you'll need to use Asset Bank's Bulk Update tool.

The example below shows you how to remove a selection of Assets from a folder named 'Nature' and add them to a folder named 'Places':

1. Browse or search for the folder, then click the Update button in the toolbar and choose Bulk Update.

2. On the next page, (Bulk Update: Run An Update), scroll down to the Folders section. Here we'll need to choose Replace from the dropdown selection and then select the 'Places' folder from the folder tree.

3. Scroll to the bottom of this page and click START UPDATE.

4. You'll now see a progress log as the update happens, the length of time this takes is dependant on how many assets you're updating.

After this finishes you'll see a completion notification. You'll need to unlock the assets to continue, so simply click on the FINISH & UNLOCK THESE ASSETS button. This is a safety feature of Asset Bank intended to stop multiple updates taking place on the same assets simultaneously.
