Asset Bank can be configured to maintain an audit log of all emails sent by the application, and this audit log can be viewed using the Sent Emails report.
By default the report shows emails sent since the start of the previous day. The report entries are sorted so that the most recently sent emails are at the top of the list. The emails shown can be filtered to a particular date range by using the From and/or To date fields, and clicking Update Report.
To view the details of an email including the message body, click the View email link. If there were attachments, then the file names will be listed (the files themselves are not stored in the audit log for space reasons).
Note that the report shows emails that Asset Bank has queued with the configured SMTP server (Asset Bank cannot know whether or not the emails were actually received).
Settings: To enable this functionality (it is enabled by default), then set enable-email-audit-log setting to true. By default audit log entries are kept for 90 days, this can be changed using the setting email-audit-log-days-to-keep.
