By default and unless otherwise specified, your Asset Bank will send all emails from our own domain. This means any emails sent will usually appear from example@assetbank-server.com (where 'example' is the name of your organisation).
We use AWS SES to send emails from Asset Bank as it greatly improves deliverability but this means that in order to send emails from a custom domain that your organisation owns (e.g @example.com) we need to spoof your organisation's domain.
Contact our Customer Support Team with the full address of the email you wish to send from (eg. marketing@example.com) and we will provide you with a number of DNS records that you, or your IT team, will need to add to your chosen DNS manager within 72 hours. This tells AWS that we are permitted to spoof your email domain. Once we have confirmed the DNS records are in place, we will update the sending address.
