By default and unless otherwise specified, your Asset Bank will forward all emails from our own domain. This means any emails sent will usually appear from assetbank_client@assetbank-server.com (where 'client' is the name of your organisation).
In order to send emails from a custom domain that your organisation owns (i.e @client.com), we will need to make some configuration changes, as will your IT team.
We use AWS SES to send email as it greatly improves deliverability across domains. To set this up, you'll need to choose a suitable domain, including sub-domain (i.e, assetbank.client.com).
Once you have provided us with the exact 'from' address you wish to use (i.e, assetbank_noreply@client.com) we will generate and provide you with some DNS records that your IT team will need to add to your domain, via your chosen DNS management portal.
