This article provides guidance on accessing your Digital Assets and Metadata hosted on your Asset Bank site in accordance with the EU Data Act Addendum to our Terms of Service.
What is the EU Data Act Addendum?
The EU Data Act Addendum outlines our commitment to providing you with the necessary tools and processes to exercise your rights under the European Union's Data Act (Regulation (EU) 2023/2843).
What Data, Digital Assets and Metadata can I Access?
-
User account information: names, email addresses, and names of user groups.
Asset Bank Admin users have the ability to manage user accounts and export user data from the Admin section.
To export the list of users, please refer to the instructions provided in this article.
- Metadata that you provide about Digital Assets: The data includes all assigned field values, such as folder structures, keywords and attributes. It also encompasses automatically generated data, including tags, classifications, location/address information, OCR-generated text, video/audio transcriptions, file formats, dimensions, durations, and colour profiles. You have the ability to export the metadata for your Asset Bank site independently.
For instructions on how to perform this export, please refer to this article.
3. Metadata and Digital Assets files: You have the option to export the digital asset files, in addition to exporting the metadata of your assets as detailed in point B.
For instructions on how to perform this export, please refer to this article.
We recommend that each export file not exceed 20 GB. If you need to export a larger number of assets from your application, you'll need to get in touch with our support team so we can provide assistance with the process.
