New Users getting automatically added into specific Groups

We’d love to be able to automatically add new Users to specific Groups, depending on a particular User field,

EG: Users have a ‘Location’ field.
We set up different Groups for the different Locations.
As new Users are added, they are automatically added into the relevant Group, depending on their Location.

(If this is already possible somehow, do please let us know how to do it!)
