Add IPTC Accessibility Properties

IPTC’s Photo Metadata Standards now includes two new properties: Alt Text (Accessibility) and Extended Description (Accessibility).  It would be great if these can be added to the embedded data mappings so that accessible image descriptions can be integrated into our digital asset workflows.  This will help organizations deliver assets through their AB instances which are more inclusive.
