Instead of the HTML plugin you can use in a category a page builder like (aka like sharepoint for example) tool to create visually appealing content above the assets for that category.

Really like this idea! Within the appealing content above the assets for that category, it would be great to be able to add add tiles/buttons for specific or popular searches within that category.
