As a company that operates globally knowing where a user is from would really help when assigning their access, so if you had a drop down box so they had to select their country when they signed up this would be super beneficial to us.

Hi Colleen,
You can add custom user fields in Admin > Users > User fields. There is a dropdown option too, you would just need to manually add the values (countries). Alternatively, you can add a text field and make it mandatory. For further assistance please reach out to support@assetbank.co.uk
