Add back Print button to asset PDF viewer

Right now, my understanding is that the print button was deprecated from the PDF viewer because it was not working as expected.

We're see requests from users who often wish to print a page (or pages) of a multi-page technical document upon viewing. 

It's often easier than downloading. Most every PDF viewer has native print function.
