Have an area for each user that allows them to upload and transfer files onwards, without them going into the DAM

For large or high volume file transfer tasks that relate to files we do not want to store in the DAM, make this process easy to do leveraging Asset Bank instead of another tool.

Perhaps the files only reside there for a max of X days before they are auto-cleared out to avoid extra storage costs.
