Drop whole folders in external uploader

It would be great if you could drop an entire folder into the external uploader. This would be especially useful if the person needs to upload assets taken from multiple events. The folders would be a great way to allow the uploader to group them/keep them separate and the folders would have sensible file names to indicate what the assets are/which event they were taken at.
