External upload functionality for smartphones

Make it possible to save a book mark with a link to the cellphone, so colleagues (not using asset bank) or externals always have an uploader available at hand. It would improve the easiness of getting assets into Asset Bank a lot. 

Combined with a textfield so a little info can be added would make it perfect.
