search terms ranked in volume for reports (currently they're alphabetical which isn't much help)
better statistics of how users navigate the site - do they favour search or folders? when traversing folders it would be helpful to know most popular folders / routes taken

Hi Bethany, thanks for the feedback. We will change the default ordering of the Grouped search results report to default to frequency, rather than alphabetical. In the meantime you can access search reports on the Admin Dashboard, where they are grouped by number of searches (over 7 days, 30 days or the last year). Alternatively, you can run the Grouped search report from the Reports section and export this to Excel where you can sort it by search frequency.
