potential for allowing non admins to import metadata
At a group level non admins can be given export permissions, a couple of requests have come in from clients requesting that import be included too - risk of data loss/overwriting with imports has always been the reason this is not an option and importing is admin-only functionality - potential discussion for allowing this to be controlled at a client level within group permissions.

It is worth noting that you can use our Organisational Units feature to delegate metadata import to Org Unit admins. When they import metadata it will only update the assets that they have permission to edit.
