You can search for multiple IDs depending on your search operator settings. At the moment yours is set to AND which means that both search terms (IDs in this case) need to be contained in the asset metadata. However, if you place OR between the search terms then either term (ID) needs to be contained. In practice, this means that if you search for 123 OR 1234 then both assets will come up in your results.
Alternatively, we can change your default operator to OR in which case you could simply search for comma-separated IDs (ie. 123, 1234, 12345 etc.). However, this will impact all of your results.

When I use the search builder to run a search for multiple Asset ID, I receive the following error message "When searching using a date or numeric value, the clauses from this value onwards in the query must use the "AND" operator. The query has been changed to reflect this."

Thanks Vojta! The search builder overrides to AND, even when entered as OR, but I'll type queries for multiple IDs into the search bar going forward.
Hi Sabrina,
Advanced Search should do the job here and have the exact functionality as the Search Builder. Do let us know if you come across any issues though!
