Make the name of the sender for email notifications editable

Currently Asset Bank interprets whatever comes before the @ as the name of the sender ie. 'clientname' for clientname@assetbank-server.com. Would it be possible to make the From name editable (Ie. Client Name Notifications) without updating the email?
