What is onboarding support?
Our onboarding service is tailored to your organisation’s needs and your consultant will work with you to map out an onboarding plan that meets your project criteria. After the successful launch of your Asset Bank, we are also on-hand to ensure the tool is adopted effectively throughout your organisation and that your team is feeling enthusiastic about how your new DAM can support their day-to-day tasks.
What is included in the onboarding support package?
As standard, your Implementation Consultant will deliver two online training sessions for your Asset Bank administrators that cover everything you need to know to begin using your DAM. Once your administrators have been trained we will we support you in configuring your Asset Bank to make sure you get the most out of your new system.
With our Professional and Enterprise tiers, we deliver an additional training session designed for your core users to ensure they are also comfortable with the product.
What can you expect from onboarding?
We use a variety of delivery methods during the implementation phase, generally beginning with online meetings with screen sharing functionality. Our consultants will also respond to any questions you have via email or telephone to ensure you are fully supported with your aims. Further to this, onsite implementation support can be arranged.
Throughout this process we offer advice and guidance, in addition to getting hands-on with practical changes where our expertise will save you time.
