AI features that speed up your search and tagging

1. Visual Search Using AI

Rather than relying on keywords alone, you can now use natural language to describe what you’re looking for, and AI will find images that match. You can even enter search terms in French, German or Spanish and it will still find matching results!

2. AI Similar Images

Looking at an image you like? This AI feature shows you other images that look similar to it, so you can quickly find the perfect match for your project or campaign.

3. AI Search by Image

Just drag and drop an image into your Asset Bank to see if you have similar images. Ideal if you’re looking for something comparable to use in a campaign, or if you want to see if you have the original version of a file. And definitely worth checking before you spend money on new assets!

4. AI-Powered Image Metadata

This automatically adds metadata for you – like alt-text or descriptions – when you upload images.

Hosting Location Support

The AI metadata feature is supported across most of our hosting locations. At present, it is not available for environments hosted in our Hong Kong data centre due to OpenAI service limitations.

Privacy

Our AI Features use Google Cloud Vision and OpenAI, who are approved sub-processors. Each of our sub-processors go through a rigorous assessment procedure for their suitability around security standards. This is part of our ISO27001 (Information Security Management) suite of controls and each sub-processor is reviewed annually on an ongoing basis. As per our Data Processing Agreement, none of the data we provide to them will be used to train any AI models.
