This article provides information on managing Asset Bank when it is installed on your own server. If you host Asset Bank with us, we are responsible for performing the following tasks.

Backing up Asset Bank  
Please ensure that Asset Bank is backed up regularly. This includes the Asset Bank application, the asset files and the database which may be on different servers. Please follow this article for backing up Asset Bank.

Restarting Tomcat
After making settings changes you will need to restart Tomcat. On Windows this is normally done by navigating to services (under administrative tools in the control panel) and selecting restart for the Tomcat service. If you experience a technical issue please contact our support team will all of the relevant details. Restarting Tomcat will restart the Asset Bank application so you may wish to do this as a temporary solution.
