If you find that the progress bar gets stuck when uploading files (using the Flash or Java uploader) this is usually caused by antivirus software interfering with the upload.

Check to see if your antivirus software has a list of "trusted sites" that Asset Bank can be added to. This will prevent your antivirus software from scanning files whilst they are uploaded to Asset Bank. Alternatively you can exclude the directory from being scanned that you are uploading from. You may need to ask your systems administrator to make this change for you.
