We provide a default URL for all Asset Bank customers, which will be either example.assetbank-server.com or more recently example.assetbank.app.

You can choose to use this, or like the majority of our customers, you may wish to use a more appropriate URL for your business over your own subdomain, e.g. medialibrary.yourdomain.com.

To use your own subdomain you, or your IT department, will need to set up a CNAME record pointing medialibrary.yourdomain.com at example.assetbank-server.com.

Then, contact our Customer Support Team who will generate auto-renewing SSL certificates via LetsEncrypt, to make your Asset Bank accessible over your custom subdomain.

NB.: Your DNS needs to allow LetsEncrypt access to make records against your subdomains.

Once you have added and saved the new DNS record, it can sometimes take a few hours for the new values to propagate across the internet, but once complete the new address will be available for all users.
