If your Asset Bank is hosted on your own infrastructure and has become unavailable or is unresponsive there are few things you can check:
Windows Checklist
- Restart the Tomcat service (in Administrative Tools > Services or using the Monitor Tomcat application).
- Restart the database service (in Administrative Tools > Services if local on the machine). If the database is located on a different server make sure it is available.
- If you have integrated Asset bank with IIS restart the IIS Webserver (in the IIS Manager).
- Make sure that the disk(s) on the server have not run out of space.
Linux Checklist
- Restart the Tomcat service (/etc/init.d/tomcat restart).
- Restart the database service (/etc/init.d/mysqld restart.
- If you have integrated Asset bank with a webserver, restart Apache (/usr/sbin/apachectl restart).
- Make sure that the disk(s) on the server have not run out of space (df -h).
