You can share a Lightbox with other users by clicking on the 'share with users' link on the Lightbox or Manage Lightboxes page.
The Share Lightbox page shows you a list of Users that can see the Lightbox, with the owner at the top of the list. You can remove Users or change whether they can edit the Lightbox from this page. Clicking 'Add Users' will open a modal for you to search by Username, Email Address or Group. The search uses an AND operator.
From the results, you can select which Users to share the Lightbox with and whether they can edit the Lightbox. Leaving this unticked means they can only view it.
Ticking the 'Send an email to users not already sharing this Lightbox' box allows you to write a custom email to the Users.
Once a Lightbox is shared with a user, they will be able to see it in their list of Lightboxes. Users with permission to edit the Lightbox can add or remove Assets. The permission structure is maintained so that Users are only able to see/download assets where they have permission to do so. Editors can unpublish the Lightbox, however, only the owner and Admin Users can publish or republish it.
