From 31st January 2025 we will be discontinuing customer support for the On-Premise version of Asset Bank. We want all of our customers to gain the most value possible from Asset Bank and due to the nature of On-Premise systems, it is not viable for us to develop the product for this market.
This means If your organisation hosts an Asset Bank application on its own servers, then it will no longer receive technical support under a service level agreement, admin user support, software upgrades, or the services outlined in our Customer Support Service Description.
Over the past years a majority of customers who host Asset Bank on-premise have chosen to move over to our Cloud version due to factors including: the cost of maintaining and upgrading hardware, being on a unique version of the application which cannot receive newer and cloud-exclusive features. If after this news you are considering moving to another DAM platform, we'd love to talk to you about bringing your site over to us.
